MICHAEL JACKSON COMING TO THE UK

Michael Jackson is flying to the UK to give evidence in a multi-million pound High Court battle.

Michael Jackson is still adored by fans around the world
An Arab sheikh claims the pop superstar owes him £4.7m over a recording and concert deal.
Jackson had been expected to appear via video link from Los Angeles due to health problems.
However, his barrister Robert Englehart QC told the London court today that the star had been cleared to travel.
The music icon is expected to arrive in the UK over the weekend before giving evidence on Monday.
The case centres around a contract Sheikh Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa claims Jackson signed to record albums, write a autobiography and stage concerts.
The agreement allegedly meant £4.7m would be deducted from Jackson's agreed royalties to pay for expenses.
Jackson insists any payments were gifts and the sheikh took advantage of his vulnerability and lack of business acumen.
However, Sheikh Abdulla, second son of the King of Bahrain, told the court today that Jackson was always very "with it".
"You couldn't regard him as being a person who was able to adopt a commonsense and detached attitude towards business dealings," Mr Englehart asked.
Sheikh Abdulla replied: "I disagree. I regarded him in the same way as other businessmen.
"He is a person who is very switched on, a fantastic businessman and fantastic intellectual."
The case continues.
