The fifth man, Clarence "CJ" Stewart, 54, was his golfing friend and co-defendant in the trial and was found guilty on the same charges.
The pair were also found guilty of stealing items from the dealers on September 13, last year.
Lawyers for both Simpson and Stewart have said they will appeal the convictions.
