Jay-Z gets ready to make a toast at his Pre-Inauguration party at Love Nightclub in Washington DC.Beyonce and Solange Knowles were also there with him looking ahead in a crowded VIP area.
Jay-Z will be performing at the Inaugural “Neighbourhood Ball” on Tuesday night with his wife. Beyonce is also performing today at Lincoln Memorial for the Pre-Inaugural concert, which will televise live on HBO.
