Happy Monday Fashion Bombers and Bombshells! the inside scoop on who looked great this weekend, and who didn’t really cut the mustard. A milieu of celebs scoured the globe from coast to coast to different continents altogether. Fashion shows, events, and award shows…we’ve got it all!
First up is Janet Jackson, who was spotted leaving the Roberto Cavalli party in Paris…
I wish she had gone a little more festive for the festivities, but that doesn’t mean the triple threat doesn’t look hot in all black. And she is rocking the short ‘do to pieces!
Miss Tyra Banks was also in attendance, smizing on the gold carpet…
Tyra looks nice, but I’m not sure what it is about this outfit I’m not too fond of. Hmm… It may have looked better if the blazer was opened, or if she lost it completely. But I do love those shoes!
Craig David also came out of hiding and struck a pose at the party as well…
Hmm… a part of me really wants to like his military peacoat, but it screams “cold sailor” to me. If he replaced it with a leather jacket, he could’ve shut it down. But his kicks are beyond dope.
And over at the Fendi ‘O for Duran Duran party, Noemie Lenoir and her gorgeous gams came through…
Hot! Summer may be over (technically), but I love that she’s wearing a summer color. The dress is beautifully draped, but it’s not so technical. Black pumps and a gold cuff complete her outfit. What’s also hot you can tell how much fun she’s about to have through her facial expression.
Also in attendance was Shingai Shoniwa of The Noisettes…
Trendsetter du jour, the songbird puts her own spin on the classic white tuxedo, and goes shirtless and braless. Now, while I do appreciate her steeze on the regular, I have to admit…this makes me go “hmm…” a little. I think if the bowtie was replaced with a statement necklace, her ensemble would’ve been scorching hot.
And over at the BET Hip Hop Awards, Diggy Simmons stepped out on his own and made an appearance…
What’s there to say? I mean, the kid is just so fly! He opted for a mostly black ensemble and a basic white tee, and still blew just about everyone there out of the water. If I were 5 inches short, I’d definitely raid his closet.
And last, but not least, Trey Songz also came through…
He looks fly, as usual, but hmm…I’m just not seeing how the sneakers match his outfit. But the bubble vest is definitely a fall staple for any guy’s wardrobe.
Who do you think came to show and prove this week?
