MINES AND MONEY SPECIAL AWARDS IN LONDON

Pictured are Sauda Simba Kilumanga (Corporate and Community Relations Manager) and President and CEO, Tony Harwood. On the 3rd of December Africo resources ( Canadian Mining company in Katanga Province ) was the proud recipient of the Mines and Money Special Award in London.
The award is for an individual or company that has displayed outstanding bravery, noteworthy charitable work or for otherwise championing the industry. Africo was acknowledged for the wheelchairs for Kids project where 150 wheelchairs were distributed in Katanga and Kinshasa last year. This year 328 will be distributed in Kinshasa, Katanga, Bukavu, Kananga and Goma .115 of these have already been distributed in Kinshasa.
